The article gives a short description on the STARS project: https://www.railwayturkey.com/arus-ikinci-ab-cosme-projesine-basladi/ and explains  a first meeting of the STARS Consortium to introduce themselves and comment the first steps.

Representing the ARUS Cluster at the kick-off meetings held online on October 13-14, Cluster Coordinator Dr. İlhami Pektaş and Project Manager Arif Aktaş participated. On the first day of the meetings, 17 partners in the consortium introduced themselves. Then Project Coordinator Veronica Elena Bocci gave general information about the project. In the afternoon session, work packages and roadmap were discussed.
